           Is there some easy way.

I made a short sequence from a Nikon D300s.  First saved as a quicktime movie, which looked OK but then I read it had to be a different format.  Then saved as FLV.  When I viewed the latter, it was truncated vertically and horizontally, and was useless.

Export the file through Adobe Encoder as a H.264 in YouTube wide HQ, and then put it on Youtube. It free. Then just embed the URL on your website.

It is one of the easiest and best way to squeeze all the quality you can on line.

If you hat YouTube, try Vimeo.

          Hope this helps
