Your HTML source code seems to be optimized to work on ie so it has to work
Try installing the latest version of ie and then it should work.
I have the lastes and also I've made other flash stuff which works normaly.
IE7 & IE8 promped me that swfobject is undefined?
I think it i because your HTML can't find the files needed to display the swf file.
There should be a folder called 'swfobject' or something similar holding some files to function the swf.
The reason why your other files are working because it means they are in the CORRECT directory.
To fix this simply change your directory code inside your HTML. If you need further help, tell me how your source directory it set out and I will do it

besides the intro on dissbike.com works normaly...
You have a different path to the .swf in the code for IE than you have for !IE
<param name="movie" value="scrolling_pane_en.swf" />
While !IE (which is working):
<object type="application/x-shockwave-flash" data="assets/swf/scrolling_pane_en.swf" width="960" height="115">
see the difference?
So add the rest of the path to the first path ... add "assets/swf" as the first art of value="....
