I'm creating a mobile app whose sub-components need to maintain their proportions to each other.
When running the app on an actual device, my code uses Capabilities.screenResolutionX (and Y) to know the screen size, and then calculate all other dimensions, and it works great.
But when testing in Flash Builder with run configurations simulating other devices, screenResolutionX (and Y) end up being for the laptop, not the simulated device.
How to get around this?
Can you use stage.width or stage.stageWidth?
