Hi everybody,

I installed Adobe Master Collection suite on to my Mac OS 10.6.8. When I click on the Device Central icon I get the following error message: "The localized resource files for this application could not be loaded. Please reinstall or repair the application and try." Can anybody help me out as I'm puzzled, everything else such as Dreamweaver etc works no problem, so I'm puzzled as to know why this doesn't work?

Thanks

Stockholm1999 did you receive any error messages when you installed your software?  We do have an automatted tool which will help analyze the log files created during the installation process.  I would recommend you run the Adobe Support Advisor to review your installation logs.  There is also an option to package for support within the Adobe Support Advisor.  If you would like to provide the token number I would be happy to verify that your installation did complete successfully.

Hi Jeff,

I don't recall seeing any error messages during the installation.

I ran it and it came back saying it couldn't find any issues.

After reviewing your installation log I would concur with the Adobe Support Advisor.  The install would appear to have been successful.  I would recommend posting your inquiry to the Dreamweaver forum.
