    audition 3.01 stopped working and reinstall does no good

      As the title says - the error message says "an error has been detected with a required application library and the product can not continue". This is with win7 64bit and it used to work fine. I have not been able to find a way to contact customer support via the web site - just takes me to a search finction and no way to get in contact with an actual person - maybe that is no longer possible. Also my account does not say I have Audition 3 even though I have. And I can't access the 3.01 patch to see if that is the issue - although hard to see how it could be. I've done reinstalls from v2 to no avail.

      Any ideas?

      ps v2 still works fine, so this is just a v3 issue
