    Adjust FX Render Quality

    Bogoljubow

In Avid you have the choice between different render options for your fx.

Is there something similar in Premiere Pro?

szenario: you want to expert render the fx in your sequence for final output. You are in any dv format project, but of course want to render in 1:1 or DNxHD to avoid further compression by rendering in dv quality.

What do you do in Premiere Pro?

      Thanks for your input!

You'll need to use a Desktop/Cistom sequence if you want to change the render codec used.  The presets all have fixed codecs, and none of them are lossless.

(On a side note, DNxHD is not lossless either.)

It has not to be "lossless". But ideally it should not be rendered in dv.

What's about a workaround, maybe transfering the final program in a new project which allows better render quality?

How do I create such a sequence - and what is it? (No search results)

            thx
