GR Developer EU Dec 20, 2011 3:02 AM (in response to Automator21)I have tried but buttons did not work (at that time). for ouhr latest publication I just exported my timeline in flash as png images, and put the animation together using the overlay creator panel, as an image sequence.

mstebby Dec 20, 2011 2:49 PM (in response to GR Developer EU)I did this, it worked for a little while and then stopped. Adobe knows about it and is working on it. One of their engineers told me mid-January for the fix.

3. Re: DPS Animation with Wallaby
SBee7958 Dec 20, 2011 3:18 PM (in response to Automator21)I have had some success using Adobe Edge html 5 animation files as web content in DPS. I can look at the animation, interact with it, but I have not had success creating an actual folio file - just spins. Has anyone else had sucess?
Thanks-

johnm64 Dec 20, 2011 6:36 PM (in response to SBee7958)Edge works fine for me as does Hype. I had the "spinning" issue once when uploading a folio but the problem was with acrobat.com which sometimes has issues. Worked fine the next day.

SBee7958 Dec 21, 2011 6:28 AM (in response to Automator21)Oh good to hear - I won't give up.
A question - when you are uploading your files to create the folio, do you first select the index.html file and then up load the zipped html resources? Separately? I am a little confused on this.
Thank you for any help...

johnm64 Dec 21, 2011 7:35 AM (in response to SBee7958)I have never used the zipped resources approach because my resources generally aren't shared across multiple articles. (Bob Bringhurst has explained when to use the zipped folder. Search for the thread.) When you make your web overlay or html stack first look at the index file in Safari. If possible upload the files to a server and look at them in Mobile Safari on your iPad. If all the images appear and the css and js work then you should be able to upload the folio.
