    Adobe 10.0.1

I had adobe 10.0.1 installed. Every time I went onto my computer is started to update. Thinking this was not right, tried to uninstall. I thought I had removed it, and installed 10.1.0. However I still get 10.0.1 trying to update all the time and get    “Another version of this product is already installed. Installation of this version cannot continue. To configure or remove the existing version of this product use add and remove”

When I try to remove 10.0.1 I get” This patch package could not be opened. Verify that the patch package exists and that you can access it, or contact the application vendor”

How do I remove adobe 10.0.1 so that it does not try to update it’s self every time I work on the computer? It’s driving me nuts trying to update all the time.

      Cheers
