1. Re: How do you delete a metadata template
PECourtejoie Dec 21, 2011 6:44 AM (in response to margieannejulie)The help document was relevant for CS5 too, but made for CS4. I see it is not available anymore, I replaced it with a current one. Thanks for the remark!

PECourtejoie Dec 21, 2011 6:45 AM (in response to margieannejulie)From the help files: (http://help.adobe.com/en_US/creativesuite/cs/using/WSfd1234e1c4b69f30ea53e41001031ab64-734 ba.html )
-To delete a metadata template, select it in the Explorer (Windows) or Finder (Mac OS) and press Delete, or drag it to the Recycle Bin (Windows) or the Trash (Mac OS).
-To go to a saved metadata template in Explorer (Windows) or the Finder (Mac OS), choose Tools > Create Metadata Template. Click the pop-up menu in the upper-right corner of the Create Metadata template dialog box and choose Show Templates Folder.
Hope this helps!

5. Re: How do you delete a metadata template
Omke Oudeman Dec 22, 2011 12:45 AM (in response to margieannejulie)By the way, why is this called bridge cs4 and not cs5
It is called Bridge 4 (version 4) and this application is part of the suite CS 5 (version 5) and Photoshop CS5 is in fact PS version 12.
Enough changes on misunderstanding, don't you think....

If you want to delete templates manual from the finder you have to go to the user library So in your home folder with your username choose Library/ Application Support/ Adobe/ XMP/ Metadata templates. In this last folder you see the list with templates you have saved. Select the ones you want to delete and drag them to the trash.
