    Where is my download?

      Hi,

       

      Yesterday I wanted to buy an upgrade for Acrobat. But your website refused to let me download it and forced me to deal with client support. After more than 20 minutes on the phone with a sales representative and after providing him with all the information that is already with my Adobe ID, he said he would send me a link to download the upgrade.

       

      24 hours later ... I'm still waiting!

       

      Why is that so complicated?
