Corrupted Installation - Unable to Uninstall or Update

      Hi there,

Adobe Reader was just going through an update when my graphics drivers crashed, and I had to force reboot my computer.  When it booted back up, the update had only partially completed.  The installation will not launch at all, and I'm unable to uninstall or perform a manual update.

Uninstalling I get the following error message:

      "Error 2324.  Could not open file: D:\Software (x86)\Adobe\Reader 10.0\Reader\authplay.dll GetLastError: -1073741701"

Attempting to install over the current, corrupted installation, I get this following error:

"Error 1328.  Error applying patch to file C:\Config.Msi\PT1F32.tmp.  It has probably been updated by other means, and can no longer be modified by this patch.  For more information contact your patch vendor."

Is there anything I can do to fix this?
