I asume this is the same question you posted here:
Opening a new thread to continue an ongoing discussion is not really advisable or convenient.

Web site provided by Claudio Gonzales didn't work. Any other suggestions?
"Didn't work" is not very elightening. You mean, you double clicked on the link I gave and nothing happened, or you received an error message? Or you were taken to the relevat Microsoft Support page but nothing happened when you tried to run the fix? Or something else?
It is difficult to help you if you don't provide enough information.
Sorry to be so skimpy on detail. Yes, double clicked on the web site you
provided. It went thru it's maneuvers and the result was that Adobe 7.0
could not be uninstalled. Don't know what more I can provde. apprciate

If I am following you, you are saying that you did run the MS fix and nevertheless Reader remained in your HD. Well, then you can always try the Microsoft Windows Uninstaller Utility, which is no longer offered or reccomended by Microsoft, but can still be downloaded from sites such as this:
I don't know why Microsoft replaced this utility with the fix you tested unsuccessfully, but I have read of people who have used it with no problems. You may want to run the eventual risks and try it yourself.
