I use Adobe Reader X on Windows XP, and whenever two misspelled words are next to each other, the spell check will concatenate them.
For example, if I have what was supposed to be "test trouble" but have "tets troble" and then run spell check, when I correct 'tets' to 'test' and 'troble' to 'trouble', it will put them together as "testtrouble."
Does anyone else have this issue, and are there any plans to correct it?
This is why editing pdf files is not recommended. Fixes should be applied to the original files and a new pdf file created.
Thank you for the reply. I should have clarified that it is a PDF file that has fillable text boxes, and the spell check is on the data entered.
Just a guess but, maybe the space character is being deleted when the correction is applied. Perhaps entering a space as the last character after correcting the first word?
