When linking clips from PPro to AE is it correct practice to render the final AE project in Premiere? Or better to render in AE and import the resulting file into PPro, manually replacing the Dynamic Linked section? In other words, is the link just one-way, or is it a two-way dynamic link, with the AE manipulation being mirrored back in PPro? I'm getting poor results rendering AE compositions inside PPro.
Both are workable. I don't think either should be called 'correct'.
Thanks. I've been getting quite different resuts, when rendering a PrPro sequence in AE (after manipulating with filters etc.) and then back in PrPro. The AE render looks as it should, the PrPro render looks to be poorer quality.... sorry not to be more specific, I'll do some more tests. Although I know AE well, I'm new to PrPro, probably down to incorrect settings somewhere. I assume they use the same render engine?
I don't know about under the hood operations on this one.
