Just choose H.264 (not H.264 Blu-ray), it will give you a .mp4 extension. You can also use Windows Media for a .wmv extension, both common, mostly universal file types for HD.
H.264 Blu-ray is for creating transport stream files for disc authoring.
Thanks! I guess I just considered blu-ray to be the only HD video....
It would be helpful if you told us what you want to use this video file for: BRD? YouTube? Web site? PowerPoint? Etc. Because, that should drive your choice of export format.
BR can also accept MPEG2 encodes. If that's where you're going, you can just use Dynamic Link to bring your Pr Sequence into Encore, and use the presets for BR there.
I think you shoould use Blu -ray Ripper, rip the video to premiere supportde formats, such as MP4, AVI, WMV, MKV, FLV etc. Then Import your video to Premiere, Last you will enjoy the synchronization video.you can try it , The link :http://www.aovsoft.com/products/blu-ray-ripper/.
