    Exporting Video

    dirkgt3

I am a bit of a Premiere noob, however i work with computers for a living a catch on very fast. I am having a problem with Exporting my project to one HD video that has video and audio. I have tried MPEG2 Blu-ray and H.264 Blu-Ray. When i do either of them with out multiplexing turned on i get a video file with no sound and then a seperate audio file. When i turn multiplexing on it creates a m2t file which isn't really what i want. I want a HD video with a more popular file extension. I have seen a lot of HD videos with mkv format. I don't know if that is possible with Premiere or not. I guess i am just looking for the best way to export a HD video with sound that is a more popular file type.

      Thanks!
