I recorded audio both directly to camera (r3d) and on an external hard drive. I made a huge and complicated edit before synching. So recently I had to use a backwards method of PluralEyes with .XML files to sync all the raw footage with the external hard drive's audio.
Now I have all the raw footage synched with the external hard drive's audio and I want to conform to the edited footage that uses camera audio. There are far too many video clips and unlabeled audio files for me to backwards sync the edited timeline using the PluralEyes tutorials on Youtube.
For the end product I want to use the instances of the video clips that are in the final edit (because of color correction and resizing), but I want to use the audio from the newly synched raw footage. What's the best way to do this?
The only thing I got is to reedit, now that the files are synced.
