Does EM crash during launch? Is the window visible when crash? Please try to right click "Adobe Extension Manager CS5.5.exe" and select "Run as administrator". If it doesn't work, create a file named "ExManLog.YES" in the same folder as "Adobe Extension Manager CS5.5.exe"(Please uncheck "Hide extensoins for known file types" in "Folder and search options" of Windows Explorer so as to make sure the file is ended with ".YES"), then launch EM again. After EM crash, kill the process, then get the log files from "C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Extension Manager CS5.5". Please upload the log files to help troubleshooting.
