How do I restart all open browsers?

I have trouble installing flash player. It keeps telling me to "restart all open browsers to complete the installation." I quit safari completely and opened it, i restarted my computer, and i even deleted adobo and re-installed and it still doesn't work. I have a Mac OS. Please help!

Try uninstall Flash Player from Adobe Flash Player uninstaller :

For Mac 10.6 or above : http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/uninstall_flash_player_osx.dmg

For Mac 10.4 and 10.5 : http://download.macromedia.com/pub/flash/ts/uninstall_flash_player_osx_10.4.dmg

Note : Make sure no other programs are running when you are running Adobe Flash Player uninstaller

Install Adobe Flash Player from http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer
