The answer may be simple. Make sure when you finish up, you disconnect
things in the correct order, so the Kobo has time to update its indexes.
I'll assume that you have a Windows PC. Start with closing ADE. Then,
using either Windows Explorer (NOT Internet Explorer), the Control Panel or
the small icon in the lower right hand corner of your screen (on the START
bar), 'Safely Remove Hardware' so that Windows doesn't see it as an
attached device any longer. The Kobo screen should show that it's updating
its files, and when it's done, you can disconnect it from the PC.
I hope it's this simple.....
Thanks for trying. I've been doing that to no avail. I get out of ADE, eject from computer, wait while Kobo proccesses the book--yet again--and check my Kobo library for the book. It's not there. I don't know why it worked in the beginning and why it does so no longer. I'm a little discouraged. I'm going to take a Kobo-free break and come back when I feel up to the challenge.
I know we haven't had an upgrade to Digital Editions' software recently.
Did your Kobo get one? This is wierd....
