What model of camcorder are you using and what format is your video in?
When you started your Premiere Elements project, which project settings did you select?
Does Share/Computer/WMV not produce the WMV with the Cable Modem preset not produce a web-ready Windows Media file for you?

And my free 8 part Basic Training tutorial series will help you with the basics in the meantime.
I am using a Canon HFM41 and its set to record FXP format. Not really sure of my project settings at this point. When I go to share/Computer there is a scroll bar that I missed, oh well.
That Scroll Bar is not that easy to see, and has tripped many users up - I even forget to look there, and am alarmed, when it appears that many of my Share options are missing!
Glad that it was that easy.
Good luck, and happy editing,
Well Bill, Adobe's choice of colours is not the greatest, dark gray on gray.
I agree. I have not been a big fan of the GUI's on either PrE, or PrPro, for the last few versions. However, that is the way that it is, and I have just learned to live with it. Like PrPro 2.0 GUI best, as one has good contrast, regardless of the brightness of the settings, with both the GUI and the monitor. However, others like the newer, dark GUI, but I am not one of those.
