.psd transparency problems after export .pdf

I've searched the forum but I couldn't find any help for my problem.

The image beneth is a screenshot of some artwork. The red background is a .psd. The grill and green piece is another .psd that sits on top of the red.

Both are placed in Indesign and both .psd files contain transparency and shadows. When I export the file to pdf, cause it's needs to be printed in China, the .psd that sits on top looks very strange. It's not only the outlines that look strange but also the outlines of the text (that is rasterized in the .psd). Can anyone help me out with this one? I've tried every export option en read all about transarency flattening, but I can't figure out what's the problem..
