I have an Epson Artisan 835 connected to my MacBook Pro by a USB cable. I have downloaded Adobe Reader. When I click File/Print and select the page and click print, all I get is a gigantic letter, or a blank page or a big black box that wastes ink. I can't print a single document that is emailed to me. Nothing. Invoices, posters, flyers, nothing. I have repeatedly tried to follow troubleshooting instructions without success. I can't get any help from Epson (everyone is in India and the conversation is hopeless). Adobe offers strange, arcane "help." Does anybody understand my problem?
