It has happened whenever I attempt to insert a page in a document.
I reinstalled the InDesign and tried to insert a page, the same APPCRASH happened. What I did to resolve this crash was... even I reinstall whole Windows system, uninstall and install whole CS5.5, but it happened again. Moreover, CS5 Cleaner Tool didn't help. CS5.5 installation was perfect and I updated Windows and CS 5.5 with the latest updates as well. I believe I did everything on my own.
How can I resolve this problem? Please give me your valuable advice.

Sounds like something wrong with your document. Try exporting to IDML and opening the IDML.
If that doesn't work, take a copy of the document and try using Pages (panel menu) > Move Pages to move pages to a new document, and see if you can determine the trigger.
I tested that document on another machine. The machine wan't Windows, Mac Lion actually.
All the capabilities including that page insertion was worked well. No appcrash on Mac. But, there are the same appcrash on Windows system.
