You need to supply a specific time reference to the effect you mean. The only shadows I see are natural shadows.

That can be achieved by using the RotoBrush to separate out the actor from the background, expanding the mask, blurring and then changing the color chanel assignments (set channels), then experimenting with blend modes and time displacement or time remapping on the layer copy. It's not a one click solution. It's not something that can be explained in a quick web post.
You'll need to get a good handle on using the RotoBrush or get a good handle on masking by hand. You'll also need to understand blend modes and color channels. You'll also need to dig up some tutorials on dime displacement (a plug-in requiring a displacement map) and / or time remapping.
