Hi, is it possible to have an admin style username for InCopy assigned text areas? My reason for asking is that some days I work in the office, some days I work from home. Our files are stored on a remote server in a different office even if I'm at work, so if I accidentally forget to check-in all of the text assignments I'm working on in the office and then need to work on that file at home, I am unable to edit or check-in the checked-out assignment. I tried changing the user name under the file menu so they both match on both machines but that doesn't allow me to check the assignment back in.
If there is a way to check-in in an assignment from a different machine I'd be really interested in knowing how that could be done.
