Set CS3 as default instead of CS5

Is there a way that I can make CS3 my default version of InDesign for opening indd files?  I'm the only one at our company that has CS5 on their computer and I'm afraid that opening the files we've created in CS3 with CS5 will make it so that my coworkers won't be able to work with those files anymore.  I'm on a PC.  I know that I can just right click the files and choose "open with" every time but I'm opening different files all day long and it'd be nice to not have to do (and remember to do) that everytime.
