I've worked for quite some time on this file, and I will be quite heartbroken if I must do it again. :-(
OS: Windows 7 x64
Description: Flash "Adobe Flash CS5 has stopped working, Windows is checking for a solution to the problem..."
Files that Windows decided were important:
"Adobe Flash CS5 has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."
This only happens when I open this specific fla file. I've attached it to this message, (download it here: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/1920393/map.zip (I didn't know which file to send so I sent all three that seemed to be related)) Really hoping someone can figure out how to save it! Bonus points if you tell me how this happened and how to avoid it in the future!
Thanks so much!
I've looked into your file and it looks like what ever you have on Layer 7 causes Flash to crash. Once I remove that layer then the file open without issue. If you want a copy of the restored file, please send me an email at FlashAuthBetaBugs@adobe.com. Make sure to include a link to this thread in your email so I can relate back to this message.
