    User Customized Help??

      My boss has come to me asking if there is anyway that we could offer the ability to allow our customers to customize the help according to their business rules/processes. Our application is web based and he's picturing a help link at the screen level that would allow users to put their own help information depending on how they use the system. This info would of course need to be retained when new versions are released. Any thoughts or has anyone heard of anything like this??
