Dear user rwhadsell,
The issue is not reproducible at our end. Could you please specify some more details so that we can reproduce it at our end.
Also please do check if it is any file specific issue. If yes, then please forward the file to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Thanks for cooperating with us.
We are having a issue as well since the 10.1.2 upgrade. It is printing correctly, but defaulting to duplex, even though it should be single sided.
All other programs are working correctly, but PDF's are printing in duplex by default.
Dear user Mark,
This change of printing by default to duplex is made intentionally in this release. You can change this default behavior by once taking prints after unchecking 'Print on both sides' . This will be kept remmembered after that and will fix your problem.
Hope this will help you out.
I can reproduce the problem on several different files, including a very old one that I have used for years. It has 2 pages, but I have seen the same problem with any number of pages, including just 1.
Select "Print on both sides of paper" and "Current page". It thinks that it has sent something to the spooler, but nothing prints, and there is nothing to print in the printer queue.
Dear user rwhadsell,
I would like to get in touch with you perosnally to understand and resolve the issue faced by you.
The resolution provided by Sonal has worked for other customers. So, there could be a different problem at your end. Kindly send me an e-mail at email@example.com and I will set up an online session with you in order to resolve the problem.
Are you meaning, change the setting under adobe when you print, then it will save the setting? I have changed this many times with PDF's, from 2 sided to one sided, and the setting does not stick. Or is there a setting you would like me to change under adobe?
Also have this problem,
This is spreading as updates get done on computers, 50 so far hoping is does not go to all 300 as this will cause a significant loss in a limited IT budget
#Note in a windows domain enviroment roaming profiles, redirected folders, XP Pro SP3 workstations
the domain user cannnot change all the settings in the print dialog,
cannot access the Page Setup, Properties Button, Advanced Buttons
and settings do not get saved
