For clarification and example: The top line prints about 1/4 inch higher on 10.1.2 than it did on prior versions
Uninstalling 10.1.2 and re-installing 10.1.0 does not work.
Since, even reverting to the last version doesn't work, it could mean that the issue may lie with your printer settings.
Please verify if there has been a change in your printer settings.
This is not isolated to a single printer. This was tested across multiple printers from multiple PC in multiple sites. Using the same printer/driver/setting from a PC that was not upgraded to 10.1.2 it works fine.
I have a similar/same problem since upgrading to 10.1.2. First few lines print high on the form and then the rest print in the correct place.
Please try and change the Printer Settings to ensure that the "Shrink Oversized pages" option is selected which was the default while printing with Reader 10.1.1.
When using the File > Print option, change the Print settings to ensure that the "Shrink Oversized pages" option is selected (as below)
