All of a sudden, the workspace is not holding and again, the documents are opening all the way across the desktop and behind the palettes. Even if I reset the workspace... it isn't holding again and is a super pain cause I can't reach my scroll bars, etc.
I paid tech support and they told me to go to Library to Application Support to Adobe to the SING folder and delete the SING folder. But I can't find it anywhere,
I was also supposed to delete the Mark11 folder but I can't find that either.
