When Still Images go "black" on playback, it is usually that they are too large in the pixel x pixel dimensions.

I must be a real dill, (I could not even get the name thing right when I registered) but have just got back to pc and now have not spotted the Process Multiple Files message in the File drop down list. My elements is pretty old (number 4). Did they have it back then mate! Also I am trying to use video from an iPhone, does that have to be changed in anyway prior to use?
