User is able to save credentials (Remote Service Authentication -window) in http/soap submissions using eForms and Reader or Acrobat. User is not able to reset that information and on public service this is regarded as security risk. My question is that are you able to verify if this will be fixed at some point in some future Reader/Acrobat version?
Workaround: Credentials are stored in the Windows registry (for Acrobat 8: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\8.0\Credentials and for Acrobat 9: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Adobe Synchronizer\9.0\Credentials). Kindly delete all the keys in credentials folder except default key. After that launch the Acrobat again and it will demands your credentials again.
