When I try to link my Kobo to ADE in order to be able to read a DRM protected file I get the above message. My PC is properly authorized and I can read the book in question on the PC. The Kobo has the same ID (same e-mail address) as the PC. Anyone would know the exact meaning of this message and of course be able to provide a solution. Many thanks.
The message refers to a library book that you're trying to open after it
was returned to the library - or after your loan period expired.
No it doesn't. I just checked the book out and tried to download it and go the message. I am frustrated in AZ too. Can get no help from Adobe. The orum doesn't tell me how to solve the problem
This isn't your problem, nor is it Adobe's. The library didn't reset the
data from the last loan. I'd contact the library's technical support
function and discuss this with them.
