Same thing happened to me with the update of Adobe Reader X. I uninstalled it and went to the adobe site and downloaded the 9.5 version but you can also update older versions such as Adobe Reader 8. If you know what version you had that worked, you can probably download that. To get the version you want google that specific version as just googling Adobe Reader brings you to the newest version. Thanks for your help. In the meantime, I went to the PDF file I wanted to print and then checked the printer properties for that particular PDF file before clicking the print button. I changed the part that said “multiple” and checked “none.” I then clicked print and it printed normally. I don’t know if that had anything to do with anything or not, but it printed the PDF file I was having trouble with fine. Time will tell.
