    fail to accept my acceptance of licence agreement

      Tried updating to new reader version but when I tried to "Accept" the license agreement, it would not accept and any attempt to execute the reader or a .pdf file would fail. I uninstalled and attempted to reinstall the original version I had from file name   AdbeRdr80_en_US   and the same failure to "Accept" once again.

       

      The fellow at Adobe chat desk was of no help only pointing me here.  Any one have any thoughts?
