Could you try and update one of the systems to Reader 10.1.2 and see if the issue still exists.
Thanks for the answer.
I've already tried this. Dosen't change a thing at all.
Could you try saving the below mentioned PDF and see if you face the same issue:
Also, is the issue specific to some set of PDFs or all the PDFs that you try to access?
Also, are the users on a roaming profile?
1. It's the same with this PDF
2. It seems to appear with all PDFs that condains form fields
3. Yes they are
Seems that there might be some permission issues on your end, since even the PDF indicated as above is not being rendered.
Could you try and access the destination network location from the user's account and see if its accessible.
Which network location you're talking about?
He has access to the files itself & I've priveliged him to all adobe install directories with full access before.
I'm quiet sure that's not what you're meaning.
What I meant was since all your user's are on a roaming profile, hence their appdata folder would be redirected to a network location.
Can the users access this network location? Can they create files there?
I see. There are no more roaming profiles on windows 7.
They're local now. I checked the user access on that one. No problems with creation of files.
Could it be a Problem from the move from XP to Win 7?
