That might sound like a rhetorical question, but I really want to know what the limitations are, particularly in regards to cross-platform development.
It's no easy task to create a truly cross-platform development environment, and there are usually some compromises that must be made.
I guess I'm thinking about low-level functionality like directly manipulating graphics, etc.
And are there other compromises in terms of performance etc.
Does anyone know of a good reference for any such limitations?
