I have just installed my Premiere Elements on my laptop. Only after putting in the registration numbers and running the installation I'm told my laptop video abilities are too out of date and the program won't run. I get the welcome screen but when I click new project the screen goes blank for a second and I'm returned to the welcome screen. Therefore I can't to the unregister button in Help.
I not want to install on my desktop but don't want to be penalized as having used one of my 2 computer limit.
How do I get credit for the unusable installation?
If you go to the Adobe.com main page and click on My Account, you'll get to this screen.
Click on My Products and, once you sign in with your Adobe ID, you'll see the list of programs you've registered.
To deactivate or unregister one, contact Customer Support by clicking the link at the top of that page.
