I just paid for a year's subscription to PDF Export, in order to be able to convert files frm PDF to Word or to Excel. When I choose "convert," it tells me the file has been converted, asks me where and with what name I want to save it. But when I try to open it, it asks me what program I want to use -- Word is NOT one of the choices when I browse -- and opening it in anything produces a jumble of symbols and letters strictly in computerese. As far as Adobe is concerned, I have to be penalized another $39 for "support" to jusrtify spending $21+ for a subscription thast does not work.... Does anyone know what can correct this? I have Reader X and Windows Vista.
