No, unless you can REPLICATE on a glass master.
Any protection does not come free, you have to pay a Royalty fee for any kind of protection. Plus the replicating companies topically have minimum qty for replication and copy protection.
How ever there are some dvd duplicators that can write down on the disk special protection file. Rimmage replicator would be one of the machines that could do that but it comes with cost.
Just FYI regular burner and discs are not designed for copy protection, they simply don't support it.
Any 7-year-old with a FREE software app can copy most any Hollywood movie in minutes. Your disc would not be immune to this, I recommend not wasting the time or effort.
I gave up on it
Good move. I would just place a © notice at the beginning (in Encore, this would be a Play First, with User Rigts restricted, so they HAVE to view it), and trust the clients.
Even Sony's highly vaunted, and a Bazallion $ expensive, Copy Protection for BD was easily breached by readily available software. Unfortunately, there is just not much that can be done.
Not that long ago, a producer attended the world premier of his recent film in Hong Kong. As he left the theater, he saw several vendor stands, selling the BD of that film. Oh well.

Every human being responsible for creating a consumer electronics device/standard that removes the user's right to control playback should have both arms and legs surgically removed.
And then every DVD author that has ever made use of that feature should follow.
I agree with you Jim.
I hate it when I cant FF through those darn things.
Its not like making you sit through it makes any difference anyway.
We all know what it says and just want to get to the content we are going to watch anyway.
Hunt and Jim
I'm going to put it also on the disk cover.
I would be careful about being too aggressive with the "don't steal my stuff" warnings; you don't want to give your clients the idea that you view them all as low-life cheaters and thieves.
