Larry G. Schneider Jan 31, 2012 11:31 AM (in response to Tom519)Look at the appearance panel in my image. Use the bottom stroke as the daker color, mine is 4 points. Make the added stroke which is on top the white or paper color and make it 2 points. You can use the small squares in the Appearance panel to control the size and color of the added stroke. It will view as two dark lines separated by white; curves should match exactly.

There have been brushes – and therefore double-line styles – for almost two decades.
Do you mean something different? Such as InDesign's pretty limited way to handle that?

2012 Anno Domini.
Please allow me to correct your Latin :-)
Domini is the genetive (ownership) case of dominus = Year of the Lord.

[Jongware] Jan 31, 2012 3:44 PM (in response to Kurt Gold)Ah, brushes. Nope -- InDesign is pretty limited indeed (not that I use anything more complicated than a dashed line, every now & then).
I *was* thinking of how I'd do this in InDesign and came up with this: draw rectangle, cut off the four corners with a circle using the path finder, apply double line style. With a bit of help of Smart Guides to position the circles, one minute work.
