So, I recorded video of myself playing guitar, and recorded the audio to a separate computer, to be imported and synced up in post-pro. My problem lies with the fact that the audio and video will not sync up due to my ability to trim and move the audio by only one frame. I have turned off the snap function, but it doesn't seem to help. It is either just shy or just passed perfect sync. Can I trim/move the audio inside Premiere Pro or do I have to guess and rerender the audio trimmed by the 1/4 of a second it is off by?
Any questions, please ask! I usually work in Cubase where editing goes so deep as milliseconds and samples, so you can see where this is just a little frustrating... Thanks for any help =)

In the properties of the programme monitor (top right drop-down menu) click on 'Show audio time units', this should let you edit to sample level or milli seconds, you can choose which in the sequence settings. Even without this you should be able to move the audio by a frame, 1/30th sec.
Thank you so much! I had two friends who were stumped because they all had their timing set in milliseconds by default.
