I took several clips (.mov) into AE, each one into their own AE project, warp stabilized them and saved them. Then I went into PP and dynamically linked three of them into a brand new project. The first clip displays ok, the second clips displays ok, but the third clip is a repeat of the second clip. I've retried this with more clips or different clips in different orders but have the same result. All clips after the second one are repeats of the second one.
Is there a work around for this? Should I have done all the stabilizing as one project in AE (this shouldn't be necessary)?
I'm running on an i7 2600k chip w/ 16GB of memory and Windows 7 64-bit.

I find it best to do so. AE has a versioning system which can cause the issue you're describing. Keeping all comps in one project avoids that.
This worked, however, it prevents me from stabilizing clips as I shoot them and before deciding what project(s) to add them to.
Is there additional info on "versioning"?

Well...it's a fairly standard work flow to only add effects to the clips that make the final cut. You don't just do it willy nilly on all of them. That'd be a waste of time.
