I recently downloaded ADE and purchased an online coursepacket that requires ADE to open. I have tried authorizing my account multiple times and it says that it is successful but everytime I download the coursepacket file it won't let me open it and comes up with this error message everytime:
Error getting license
License server communication problem: E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER
I have no ideas left and the live chat person sent me here to try and get this resolved. Please help!
The message you're getting is telling you that the material you're trying
to open has been downloaded by someone with a different user account than
yours. If you have done multiple authorizations, then it's quite possible
you've used different account information than you did when you downloaded
the course packet. If so, then you're in a tight spot. I don't have any
suggestions as to how to re-set your account in ADE to the point it was
when you downloaded the course packet because you can't display the account
information via ADE.
