Driver Error Message in Premiere Elements 9

I've been using Premiere Elements 9 in Windows Vista for some time. It no longer works! When I create a slideshow in Photoshop Elements 9 and tell it to burn it to a DVD, I receive an error message that it has detected an incompatible display driver and that it should be upated to: NVIDIA Corporation - GeForce 7150M/nForce 630M/PCI/SSE2/3DNOW! 2.1.2

However, when I go through the update procedure for the driver I receive a message that it is already installed (and had been working properly).

I can no longer observe the slideshow using the Monitor in PE 9 even though it seems to show the time advancing and the DVD produced is very garbled!
