    Who ate all the cake?

Sorry just migrated over to a newer machine… In doing so jumped acrobat V7 to V9.5.0 In my old version when enabling reader comments I have a slice of cake bottom left to let me know… I can't see this anywhere in V9 and after doing a save as it's still in the meun ( not greyed out ) is there any quick GUI reference to having done this anymore? Not in Acrobat - aside from the document properties panel (the security tab explains if Reader-extended rights have been applied) and the fact some of your tools will be disabled, there's no obvious sign on the UI that commenting has been extended.

In Reader you know a file has been extended because the extra commenting tools appear.

Dave, thanks I did like the simplicity of the cake… Thought I may have overlooked some app pref's some where… Oh well 2 steps forward and 1 back… Would have expected the menu to be disabled if the PDF was already…
