GREP help! Inserting a character into the middle of numbers.

I'm formatting a big phone directory with thousands of listings, most have 5 digit ZIP codes but some have 9 digits.

I need to insert a dash after in between the 5th and 6th digit, ("123456789" to "12345-6789") using GREP.

I know the first code to find it is \d{9} but what's the "change to" code?

      Thank you
