Currently using RoboHelp 9.0.2.271 creating policies and procedures by importing word files.  Need to include Headers and footers but it's not occuring.  Yes I've checked the options on word conversion settings to include Convert Header and Footer (had done so successfully on old computer with RH 8).

On new computer using Microsoft Office 2010 (docx) which we're attempting to import.

Suggestions ???

Try saving as DOC first

Had tried that previously......

I've tried using the same word (doc) file on two XP laptops.  One running RH 8, the doc is successfully imported into the project with the header.  Same file tested with RH9 and it fails to import headers and footers.

What if I provided a file (doc) that you could test with RH 9?

Attached are 2 files which will be imported into the RH project.

I'm using CHM files as a local viewer for field laptops and a web version

on the intranet for engineers. I've been extremely pleased with Robohelp

8, with XP and office 2003. I had full intentions of converting to RH9,

windows 7 along with Office 2010 but not being able to use headers and

footers is a show stopper.

Hi there

If you replied to this thread using email, attachments don't survive the trip. You will likely need to privately email Peter and attach the files to that email message.

Cheers... Rick
