Bob Levine Feb 14, 2012 1:44 PM (in response to Harrison Goodman)There are known issues with MSOs right now. Hopefully with the new content viewer things will improve.

Harrison Goodman Feb 14, 2012 1:47 PM (in response to Bob Levine)Known issues as in they will work when the .folio is created or as in you shouldn't be using it because it won't work?
Because when I bring up the preview on the overlay panel, they seem to be working fine.

Bob Bringhurst Feb 14, 2012 6:15 PM (in response to Harrison Goodman)There is a known issue with the current version of the Adobe Content Viewer that's in the store. What you're describing is a known bug in which the timing of auto playings MSOs is broken. If you use the Viewer Builder to build a new custom version of the Adobe Content Viewer, your MSOs should work in the iPad viewer the same way they work in the desktop viewer. If you can't use the Viewer Builder to build a custom viewer, you'll have to wait until the new version of the viewer is approved.

andamat Oct 28, 2014 8:09 AM (in response to Bob Bringhurst)Is it possible that I have the same problem today?
Not exactly the same because the preview via Content Viewer on desktop works fine while on the iPad only one of the four slideshows runs properly.

Neil Enns - Adobe Oct 28, 2014 8:14 AM (in response to andamat)If you are previewing in Adobe Content Viewer on your iPad then you still have the old version of the app with the problem. The new version is in review with Apple at the moment.
